Vaccinate the elderly and sick first against COVID-19

The Health Council of the Netherlands recommends, at this point in time, that people over the age of 60 and medical risk groups should be vaccinated first against COVID-19. Given the current situation this will achieve the greatest health benefit with the limited number of vaccines which will initially be available in the Netherlands.
