Scrap medical examination for drivers with coagulation disorders
The Health Council of the Netherlands advises that people with haemophilia and other coagulation disorders should no longer have to undergo a medical examination or periodic re-examinations when applying for a driving licence. Due to improved treatment options for these conditions, symptoms that might affect the people in question’s fitness to drive are now rare.
