Precaution with power lines remains necessary

Recent research confirms that in the Netherlands one case of childhood leukaemia might be associated with the presence of nearby high voltage power lines. Although a causal relation with the magnetic fields generated by the power lines has not been proven, continuation of the precautionary policy is prudent.
