The Health Council consists of a council and a secretariat, and uses an extensive network of respected scientists who work without remuneration. Advisory reports are drawn up by multidisciplinary temporary or permanent committees and reviewed by the standing committee. The members of the presidium committee are also closely involved in the council’s work. Furthermore, the Health Council maintains national and international partnerships.

The Health Council consists of a council and a secretariat. The council consists of the chair, 2 vice chairs, the standing committee, permanent committees and temporary committees. Members of the permanent committees and the standing committee are members of the Health Council. Members of temporary committees are not.
The secretariat is headed by the managing director and consists of the scientific staff, the administrative staff and the communications and editorial staff.
The presidium committee consists of the chair and vice chairs of the council, the chairs of the standing committee, all chairs of the permanent committees and the managing director.
