Dutch dietary guidelines 2015
A shift in the direction of a more plant-based and less animal-based dietary pattern improves health. A reduction of the intake of sugar-based beverages is also imporant. Healthy alternatives are tea and filtered coffee without sugar and also water.This is the central theme of the advisory report Dutch dietary guidelines 2015, that was presented to the Minister of Health, Welfare and Sport and the State Secretary of Economic Affairs on 4 November 2015.
